Tracy came to Signature Healthcare of Rockwood to Rehab after a recent hospitalization. She came to us with difficulties with her daily activities of life and mobility function especially with stairs. Her main goal was to be able to go up and down the stairs. Â With hard work and determination while at Signature Healthcare of Rockwood she was able to reach her goal. Thank You, Tracy, for letting us care for you!

Being sick for over seventeen months had left me bed bound and unable to get up and walk or transfer. If I had not gotten the help of our physical, occupational, speech therapists, God, and sheer self-determination, I would still likely be bed bound. They all were such a great help to me. Floyd Edwards came to Signature Healthcare of Rockwood for rehabilitation from a recent hospitalization. Upon admission Floyd was very weak, had difficulty walking, and unable to perform his normal daily tasks. With his hard work and determination, he made substantial progress and regain his independence. Thank you for letting us care for you and wish you the best.
Hero’s Journey: Wayne
Wayne came to Signature Healthcare of Rockwood to Rehab after a recent hospitalization. He came to us with difficulties in his daily activities of life and mobility function. He was determined to return to his prior abilities and return to back to the Assisted Living. With hard work and determination while at Signature Healthcare of Rockwood he was able to reach his goal. Day at the Fair
Rockwood residents enjoy a day at the Rotary Club Community Fair. QOL Department had a booth at the fair to raise money for our Elder Vacation coming up in November.
“Pineapple Up-Side Down Cupcakes” were the choice for baking class this week! Yummy!!!
